Business Insurance
Do you need a more fitting Business Insurance Package?
Choosing the right business or commercial insurance plan for your business can be very confusing, because of that, Benefits Broker has developed many different options and programs to meet the needs of your commercial insurance clients. We can design a specialized package according to your property, liability, and casualty needs.
Commercial Package Policy (CPP) vs. Business Owners Policy (BOP)
A CPP is a much more flexible policy that allows for more coverage to be added and packaged according to your business' needs. A CPP is perfect for a larger company in need of more protection than a business owner's policy can offer. While BOP's are usually fairly cut and dry, CPP's can be designed to fit your exact business needs.
Many choose to include property and liability, theft, and professional liability in their CPPs. However, there are also options to add business income insurance, commercial umbrella liability, electronic data processing coverage, equipment breakdown coverage, vehicle insurance, employment liability, inland marine, and pollution liability.
Getting a CPP is usually cheaper than buying policies separately. It can lower your deductibles and provide you with more coverage than your past policy, all for a similar price. Unfortunately, there are still some items that a CPP does not include. While they offer a much more specialized package than a BOP, they still do not include health insurance, worker's compensation, disability insurance, life insurance, and D&O liability.
